SugarHosts guarantees a risk free 30 day money back policy for new Shared Hosting and Business Hosting orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your SugarHosts shared hosting, you have the right to claim a full refund (excluding any set up fees, SSL certificates fees, domain name purchases and / or overages).
If you have purchased a dedicated IP address or have applied for a free one, correspondent IP address’ usage fee (at least one month usage fee) will be excluded when claiming a refund.
There are no refunds on cloud servers, VPS hosting, dedicated servers (including IP fees), administrative fees, set up fees for custom software or domain name purchases.
To claim your refund, please raise a ticket to our Billing Department within correspondent time limit.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket. The refunded amount will be credited back using the original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Department.
If one account was found using this policy intentionally more than once to get free product/service, we’ll define it as cheating and will terminate this account forever without refund.
Bitcoin payments can only be refunded to your SugarHosts.com account balance, which can not be withdrawn.
Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other SugarHosts services.
Renewal of SugarHosts services and added funds are also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the Renewal Policy for further details.
Under no circumstances will SugarHosts allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
Refunds will not be given if any other SugarHosts terms and conditions have been contravened.
