As an affiliate of SugarHosts.com, you must agree to the following:

Signup Requirements

SugarHosts.com Affiliates must be 18 (eighteen) years of age and supply a valid tax-id. Affiliate websites must NOT contain lewd, obscene, illegal material, or any other material that we deem to be objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, bigotry, hatred, and satanic materials. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of SugarHosts.com management. In addition any site selling or promoting bulk e-mail services is not allowed.

As an Affiliate, you must keep the account information full, accurate and up to date. Such information includes, but is not limited to: contact details, all website URL(s) where SugarHosts will be promoted, promotional practices and means, payment details, tax information and any other details we require.

You should provide all additional data relevant to the entire websites where you promote SugarHosts and the promotional practices you use when we request them.

If the information you provide are invalid or inaccurate, we may suspend or terminate your Affiliate account, and forfeit your commissions.

Link Placement

Affiliate links/banners/advertisements may not be placed in newsgroups, unsolicited e-mail, banner networks, counters, chatrooms or guestbooks. Any link/banner/advertisement placed must be done in such a way that it is not misleading to any site visitor and done with the intention of delivering valid sales, leads, or clicks to SugarHosts.com.

Payments

Affiliates are paid only if the currency of the referral’s order is the same as the currency of the affiliate account and the referred NEW order that remains active beyond 45 days. Any referred order canceling within 45 days will not be credited to affiliate. Referral credit cannot be combined with any other referral program offer.

The minimum amount affiliates have to reach before paying out is 65.00 EUR.

Payments are processed on the 20th day of each month following the first 45 days after the sale. Affiliate can be paid via PayPal and bank transfer. Additional fees may apply and will be deducted in accordance with the transaction rules of payment gateways.

We reserve the right to mark any sale as invalid at our own discretion, without providing any explanation or justification.

We reserve the right to extend the holding period as set out in the agreement and without prior notice for as long as is reasonably necessary in order to establish the validity of a sale.

We reserve the right to deduct from your current and future affiliate commissions if the referrals are fraudulent, questionable, or canceled.

Promotion materials

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download SugarHosts’ logo, trade names and other promotion materials for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting websites owned, operated or controlled by SugarHosts.

It is completely unallowed to copy, alter or modify official logos, copyright or trademark notices, icons, buttons, banners, images, documents or contents regarding SugarHosts’ Links without prior written approval from us.

It is completely unallowed to use our advertising and promotional materials, trade name, logo, or other contents relevant to SugarHosts in a way which negatively influence our image and reputation.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you are compensated for driving new and unique business to SugarHosts.com through your OWN efforts. SugarHosts.com has zero tolerance for abuse and fraud with regards to its services. This includes, but is not limited to order fraud, self-referrals, illegal behavior, misrepresentation of services, traffic hijacking, or any other kind of inappropriate behavior.

As an Affiliate, you must also not use any domain names that resemble with or include SugarHosts string.

You should not take actions or make recommendations to your referrals that may lead potential revenue losses for SugarHosts.

You should not take actions to generate more referrals for SugarHosts via building unallowed techniques, including but not restricted to any blackhat seo/spam link.

You should be loyal to SugarHosts and should not misuse its confidence and shall not damage its reputation.

Without our prior approval, you cannot bid on keywords and phrases including SugarHosts.com trade names, or misspellings or variations of them on PPC and PPI advertisements on search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, Bing, Baidu, 360 or others). In addition, it is unallowed to use SugarHosts Websites as display URL in any paid advertisements and direct or redirect to SugarHosts Official Website.

Without our prior approval, you cannot provide cash backs, rewards, or any other kind of incentives to attract referrals and obtain the sale.

As an affiliate, you should not use link masking or cloaking techniques or technology to promote SugarHosts on any unapproved websites and networks and hide that traffic source.

The customer you recommend should not use our services before and should not register for the affiliate account with us before.

The customer should complete the order by himself/herself without any assistance from you, including when you act on behalf of the customer.

Any affiliate found to be involved in any actions not deemed appropriate by SugarHosts.com would be terminated immediately. In these cases, any unpaid referral earnings would be forfeited.

Spam

SugarHosts.com has a zero tolerance for unsolicited e-mail of any kind. If affiliate makes any reference to SugarHosts.com in an unsolicited e-mail, advertisement, newsletter or any other direct marketing medium, their account will be terminated. This includes the use of our name, a link to our website, or a link to another website containing references to SugarHosts.com.

Termination of Service

SugarHosts.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation this agreement could result in a warning, suspension, possible account termination, or outstanding commission payments cancellation.

Upon termination of your affiliate account the limited, non-exclusive license to access, download and use SugarHosts’ logo, trade names and other promotion materials shall be automatically withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold SugarHosts.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against SugarHosts.com its agents, its clients, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents or employees.

Disclaimer

SugarHosts.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. SugarHosts.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by SugarHosts.com and its employees. SugarHosts.com also reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and affiliate program rules.
