Go to cPanel > “Email Deliverability”, located in “Email” section.
Click the “Manage” button on the right, corresponding to the domain for which you need to configure SPF and DKIM records.
To configure DKIM, click on “Install The Suggested Record” button, from DKIM section.
To configure SPF, click on “Install The Suggested Record” button, from SPF section.
If the domain name uses our web hosting DNS nameservers, the system will automatically generate the DNS records for DKIM and SPF, in cPanel > “Zone Editor”.
If the domain is not using our web hosting DNS nameservers, then the corresponding TXT resolution records need to be added to the domain name, at the domain name registrar, according to the prompts on that page for DKIM and SPF records.
