How to change a MySQL user's permissions

Open cPanel > “Mysql® Databases”, located in “Databases” section.

At the bottom of the page find “Add Users To Database” section.

Select the users and databases for which you need to configure permissions, then click on “Add” button.

In the newly opened “Manage user Privileges” page, enable the permissions you need to grant to user, by clicking on checkboxes.

Afterwards, click on “Make Changes” button to complete the setup.
