A Windows VPS requires the use of Remote Desktop software, from customer's Windows operating system, in order to connect.

After starting the Remote Desktop application from your computer, enter the VPS IP address and click the “Connect” button. The default username and password are prompted during the installation of Windows Server operating system on VPS. For security and privacy reasons, please change your password immediately after logging in.
