Categories of the Sugar Card

Orange Card (Universal Card), for new orders and renewals of all products in the official website

Pink Card (Hosting Card), for new orders and renewals of shared web hosting only

Green Card (Cloud Card), for new orders and renewals of cloud servers only

Blue Card (Domain Card), for new orders and renewals of domains only

Purple Card (Server Card), for new orders and renewals of dedicated servers only

Yellow Card (SSL Card), for new orders and renewals of SSL certificates only

How to use Sugar Card

Method 1

On the invoice page, the system will list all the card that can be used in this invoice in the "Sugar Card" block. Select the card you would like to use, then click the "Use" button.

Method 2

On the invoice page, you can also manually enter the card number and password, and then click the "Use" button to use the card.

 Sugar Card can be used in combination with the renewal coupon, new purchase discount, lifetime discount, and renewal free time discount.

Threshold for Using Sugar Card

There are thresholds for the use of card. For example, if the threshold shown on the card is "$20 off $120", it means that if the total amount of the applicable products in the bill is ≥ $120, you can use the card and the price of the products will be reduced by $20 after use.

Transfer of Sugar Card

Cards with the first four digits of 8270, 8271, or 8275 can be resold or given away for free to others for use.

Transfer method: Simply provide the card number and password to the transferee.

Validity period of Sugar Card

The unpaid invoice with a Sugar Card must be paid before the Sugar Card expires. If the invoice is not paid, the Sugar Card will be automatically removed from the unpaid invoice after the Sugar Card expires. And this Sugar Card will be permanently invalidated.

Other notes of Sugar Card

A card can be used for an invoice only.

Shared Web Hosting and Cloud Server cards cannot be used for other products and services.

The card will not be re-activated after the refund of the invoice for which card has been used.
