How to install WordPress plugins

In the WordPress Control Panel, WordPress plugins can be installed in the following two ways.


WordPress Plugin Library

In the Wordpress dashboard, click on Plugins button, from the left sidebar. On the right-side page click on Add New button located on top, then select the plugin which needs to be installed, or search for the name of a plugin through the search box, and click “Install Now” button to complete the plugin installation.

 

Self-upload plugin installation

In the Wordpress dashboard, click on Plugins button, from the left sidebar. On the right-side page click on Add New button located on top, then click on “Upload Plugin” button. Click on “Choose File” and select the plugin to upload from your computer, then click on “Install Now”.
