Issue Description: OpenCart website backend reports the following error: model/localisation/currency.php on line 141

This happens because OpenCart turns on automatic exchange rate updates, and this default exchange rate interface provided in OpenCart fails. Simply turn off the automatic exchange rate update to solve the issue.

The automatic update of exchange rates can be turned off as follows:

In OpenCart backend “system settings“ click “online shop settings“, on the right side of the corresponding website list behind the pencil icon or edit button.

Then in the newly opened page select “local parameters” tab, and in “automatic update rate” option select “No” and save.
