Q: What's the difference between US and EU datacenters?
A: The major difference is the location. Considering the browsing speed, EU datacenters is suitable for Europe originated websites, while US datacenters are suitable for America and Asia websites.

Q: Do you provide free trial or servers for tests?
A: Short answer: no.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal, Alipay, Credit Card, Debit Card and Bitcoin.

Q: How long would it take for you to reply an ticket?
A: Usually we respond within 2 hours. It wouldn't take more than 24 hours.

Q: What kind of contents/applications do you forbid?

Q: What is the daily average CPU usage limit?

Q: Does the server support Apache?
A: We replaced Apache with LiteSpeed, which is a commercial alternative. It has better performance.

Q: Do you support URL rewrite?
A: Yes.

Q: What is the MySQL database quota?
A: It shares the quota with your web pages.

Q: Can I extract compressed files online?
A: We support ZIP and TAR archives online extraction.

Q: Do the hosting packages support asp?
A: No.

Q: How many IP addresses may one shared hosting plan include?
A: One shared hosting plan can only include one IP address. All the sites hosted under the hosting account share the IP. This is how cPanel is designed to. If you do need multiple dedicated IP addresses, buy as many packages as you need.

Q: Does the server support file names with Chinese characters?
A: We support that. But you'll have to change the file names' encoding to UTF-8.

Q: Do I have to register a new domain here in order to buy your hosting plans?
A: No. You can register domains on other sites, transfer your domain to us or update your nameservers simply.

Q: How would I transfer my domain?
A: Get your EPP code from your current registry, and then transfer in.

Q: What should I do if I need to change my main domain of a hosting account?
A: Please submit a ticket to Technical Department.

Q: Why would I need an SSL certificate?
A: If you are running online businesses and savvy about online security, you'll need an SSL certificate.
